In 2009, Rosie moved to Dubai and began working with the National Pavilion of the UAE as the Venice Internship Coordinator. After developing the Educational Program for the National Pavilion over the span of 2 Biennales, she was promoted to Exhibition Coordinator in 2012.
Holding a BA Hon. Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Cape Town, Rosie has worked abroad since 2006 travelling extensively through the Americas, Middle East and Europe. Her interests lie in international relations, sustainable development and the socio-economic effects of globalization on Africa.
